Study Abroad Experience

At first, I did not think I could possibly fit and find it feasible to do a study abroad program within my time as a undergraduate student. It was not until meeting with my Agricultural Sciences advisor who explained what a study abroad experience could look like and she also to happen to do a short-term two and a half week OSU Faculty-Led Program: Agriculture in the UK that usally ran through the summer. I was able to set my first long-term financial goal to participate in the program and made it happen Summer 2023 before my final year at Oregon State University. The program broaden my perspective of Agriculture and understand the international aspect as well as experiencing different cultures, traditions, and make international relationships. I am happy to share my story and I hope to have the opportunity to travel more abroad. Check out my Final Project Photo presentation about my UK experience here.
